These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the sdtoto platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

sdtoto strictly prohibits access to anyone under the age of 21. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed and all funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold one account on the sdtoto platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended. Bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts are void and will be reclaimed regardless of wagering status.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry windows. Breaching bonus conditions — such as exceeding the MYR 250 maximum bet — results in bonus forfeiture.

To create an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian MyKad or passport number, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile telephone number. Each individual Player is strictly limited to one (1) registered account on the Platform. The Company actively employs technical and investigative measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonuses claimed, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds across those accounts.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. sdtoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. sdtoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or valid passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.
The sdtoto Platform is made available solely for the personal entertainment of eligible registered Players. You may access the Platform via any compatible web browser or authorised mobile application. You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and these Terms.
sdtoto makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions outside its reasonable control.
All game results on the Platform are determined by certified RNG systems. In the event of a discrepancy between results displayed on your device and those recorded on the Company's server, the server-side record shall be the authoritative record and shall govern the outcome of all disputes.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Where a Player deposits using a non-MYR currency (including cryptocurrency), the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction shall apply. sdtoto is not responsible for any currency fluctuation losses.
sdtoto supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, ETH). The availability of specific payment methods may vary. sdtoto reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit on the Platform is RM30 (MYR 30) per transaction for standard payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to a minimum equivalent of approximately RM50, subject to network fees at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost) are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. FPX and online banking withdrawals are processed within 1–3 working hours. VIP Gold tier members are entitled to priority same-day processing. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will only be approved where: (a) the Player's identity has been verified through KYC; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable maximum cash-out limit attached to a claimed bonus; and (d) the Player's account is in good standing with no outstanding security flags. sdtoto reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal.
For anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Any excess balance may be withdrawn via a verified bank account in the Player's name, subject to the Company's approval.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by sdtoto are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement on sdtoto welcome bonuses is 15 times (X15) the bonus amount. For example, a RM288 bonus requires RM4,320 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Specific promotions may carry different wagering multipliers as stated in the individual offer terms.
While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted stake per round, spin, or bet is MYR 250. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds remain active constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, regardless of wagering progress.
Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms, the following contribution rates apply:
Bonus funds that are not wagered through within the specified expiry window will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice. Standard bonus expiry periods are: Welcome bonuses — 14 days from credit; Reload bonuses — 7 days from credit; Cashback bonuses — 3 days from credit. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void all bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
All games available on the sdtoto Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that produce outcomes that are statistically random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by the Company or by Players. RNG systems are subject to periodic third-party audits by accredited testing laboratories.
The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game title is published within the game's information panel on the Platform. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return across a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome or return to an individual Player in any single session.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect display of winnings or outcomes, sdtoto reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the wager amount to the Player's account. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, identification document details, contact information, payment method information, IP address, device identifiers, and gameplay data. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the terms of the Company's applicable operating licence. To the extent that any dispute arises between you and sdtoto that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.
